　　Yang Yang : Xin Tao, today the landlord came for next year's rent.

　　Xin Tao : Did you give him?

　　Y : No. The landlord said next year's rent increases by 20%.

　　X : Ah? Why didn't he rob the bank! 20%. My salary rose only 10%.

　　Y : He said if we don't accept, we've to move out by the end of the month!

　　X : Move or not, who's afraid!

　　洋洋：心濤，今天房東來(lái)要明年的房租了。

　　心濤：你給他了嗎?

　　洋洋：沒(méi)有。房東說(shuō)，明年房租要漲20%。

　　心濤：啊?他怎么不去搶銀行!20%!我的工資才漲10%!

　　洋洋：他說(shuō)了，如果我們不接受的話(huà)，月底就得搬走!

　　心濤：搬就搬，誰(shuí)怕誰(shuí)!
