丹尼斯：噢，趙先生，見到您真高興！你能來我真是太高興了。
Dennis: Oh, Mr Zhao, how nice to see you! I’m so glad you could make it.
趙凱：謝謝。這么長時(shí)間了，丹尼斯先生一個(gè)勁兒地說這次燒烤，我不會(huì)錯(cuò)過的。
Zhao: Thank you. Dennis has been talking about this barbecue for so long that I wouldn’t have missed it for anything.
丹尼斯：好吧，請到后院，就像自己家一樣！有很多吃得、喝的，想吃什么隨便，不必客氣。
Dennis: Well, come into the backyard and make yourself at home! There’s plenty to eat and drink. Now help yourself to whatever you want. Don’t be shy!
趙凱：謝謝。準(zhǔn)備了這么多好吃的，看樣子味道都不錯(cuò)。
Zhao: Thank you. You have really prepared quite a spread here. Everything looks delicious.
丹尼斯：噢，趙先生，給你介紹個(gè)人，這是我兒子，瑞門。
Dennis: Oh, Mr Zhao. Here’s someone I’d like you to meet. This is my son, Rayman.
瑞門：您好！
Rayman: How do you do?
趙凱：您好！高興見到你，瑞門，關(guān)于你的情況我聽到不少。
Zhao: How do you do? I’m glad to meet you, Rayman. I’ve heard a lot about you.
瑞門：真的？但愿都是好事情。
Rayman: Really. I hope only good things.
趙凱：當(dāng)然。
Zhao: Of course.
艾麗斯：噢，您就是趙凱先生吧？我爸爸總向我們說起您。我叫艾麗斯，高興見到你。
Alice: Oh, you must be Mr Zhao. My daddy has told us a lot about you. I’m Alice. Glad to meet you.
趙凱：我也是。
Zhao: Glad to meet you, too.
艾麗斯：我老爸對我說你總是忙工作，忙學(xué)習(xí)。今天您能抽空來和我們在一起很高興。
Alice: My daddy tells me you’re always busy working and studying. I’m very happy you were able to take time out to join us today.
趙凱：是的，天天忙，沒有一分鐘是我自己的。所以我決定放松一天。
Zhao: Well, I am always busy everyday. Not a minute to myself. So I decided to take a day off.
瑞門：過來，那邊有一些朋友，我給您介紹一下。
Rayman: Come on. I’d like to introduce you to some more of my friends over there.
趙凱：好的，艾麗斯，一會(huì)兒見。
Zhao: Ok. See you later, Alice.
