問(wèn)：我們注意到，落實(shí)《南海各方行為宣言》第15次高官會(huì)將于近期舉行，請(qǐng)介紹有關(guān)情況。

Q: We have noted that the 15th Senior Officials’ Meeting on the implementation of the Declaration of Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea (DOC) will soon be held. Could you give us more details?

答：中方將于6月27日在湖南省長(zhǎng)沙市與東盟國(guó)家舉行落實(shí)《南海各方行為宣言》第15次高官會(huì)。外交部副部長(zhǎng)孔鉉佑和東盟各國(guó)外交部高官將出席會(huì)議。此前，還將背靠背舉行落實(shí)《宣言》第24次聯(lián)合工作組會(huì)。中方將與東盟國(guó)家繼續(xù)就落實(shí)《宣言》、推進(jìn)海上務(wù)實(shí)合作以及“南海行為準(zhǔn)則”磋商等有關(guān)問(wèn)題深入交換意見(jiàn)。

A: China and the ASEAN member states will hold the 15th Senior Officials’ Meeting on the implementation of the DOC in the Changsha City, Hunan Province on June 27. Vice Foreign Minister Kong Xuanyou and senior diplomatic officials of the ASEAN member states will attend this meeting. The Senior Officials’ Meeting will be held consecutively with the 24th Joint Working Group Meeting on the implementation of the DOC. China and the ASEAN member states will have a thorough discussion on the implementation of the DOC, maritime practical cooperation and consultations on the Code of Conduct in the South China Sea (COC).

當(dāng)前，在中國(guó)和地區(qū)國(guó)家的共同努力下，南海局勢(shì)趨穩(wěn)降溫，不斷展現(xiàn)良好積極勢(shì)頭。各方將繼續(xù)保持對(duì)話和合作，爭(zhēng)取更多成果和積極進(jìn)展，為鞏固當(dāng)前良好形勢(shì)進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)造有利條件。

Currently, thanks to the concerted efforts made by China and regional countries, the situation in the South China Sea has cooled down and is stable, demonstrating a sound and positive momentum. All parties shall continue to maintain dialogue and cooperation, strive for more outcomes and positive progress, and create more favorable conditions to consolidate the current sound situation.
