A guideline detailing the skills needed by adults who provide charity services to children - such as day care, physical therapy and education - was jointly released by five social agencies in Beijing, based on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
五個社會組織在北京聯(lián)合發(fā)布指南,詳細列出從事日常照料、物理治療以及教育等兒童公益服務人員必備的行為技能,該指南是基于聯(lián)合國《兒童權利公約》的基本原則制訂的。
《指南》共包括三個重要部分,即一線兒童工作者十大核心素養(yǎng)(key qualities)、十大專業(yè)能力(professional skills)以及具體的行為準則(behavioral standards)。
一線兒童工作者十大核心素養(yǎng)
認同(identification)、正直(integrity)、責任(responsibility)、協(xié)作(coordination)、溝通(communication)、表達(expression)、專業(yè)(professionalism)、抗壓(pressure-proofness)、恒心(perseverance)、發(fā)展(development)
一線兒童工作者十大專業(yè)能力
明確理念(having a clear understanding of principles)、熟悉政策(being familiar with policies)、管理項目(managing projects)、評估需求(assessing demands)、了解兒童(knowing children)、建立關系(establishing connections)、引導行為(guiding behavior)、順應變化(adapting to changes)、支持參與(supporting participation)、樹立榜樣(setting good examples)

always considering the children's best interest
遵循非歧視原則
avoiding discrimination
最大限度地保護兒童、促進身心發(fā)展
